Brick Calculator
Enter wall length and height in feet and select wall thickness in inches. Brick dimensions are also entered in inches, so there is no need to manually convert inches into feet.
Concrete and Cement Calculator
Enter concrete length and width in feet and thickness in inches. The calculator estimates concrete volume and approximate quantities of cement, sand, and aggregate according to the selected nominal mix ratio.
Steel Weight Calculator
Select the reinforcement bar diameter and enter the length and number of bars. The calculator estimates the theoretical weight of the entered reinforcement bars.
Tile Calculator
Enter floor or wall dimensions in feet and tile dimensions in inches. The calculator estimates the number of tiles and adds the selected allowance for cutting and wastage.
Frequently Asked Questions
What units does the brick calculator use?
Wall length and height are entered in feet. Wall thickness and brick dimensions are entered in inches.
What is the default brick size?
The calculator starts with a brick size of 9 × 4.5 × 3 inches. These dimensions can be changed for other brick sizes.
Can I calculate a 9-inch wall?
Yes. Select 9 inches from the Wall Thickness menu. No manual conversion is required.
What does CFT mean?
CFT means cubic feet. It is a commonly used unit for measuring construction materials such as sand and aggregate.
How is steel weight calculated?
The calculator uses the commonly used theoretical reinforcement-bar formula d²/162 kilograms per meter, where d is the nominal bar diameter in millimeters.
How much extra tile should I allow?
The required allowance depends on the layout, cuts, and breakage. This calculator provides selectable wastage allowances and uses 10% as the default.
Are these results exact?
No. Results are approximate estimates. Final material quantities depend on drawings, specifications, material sizes, workmanship, and actual site conditions.
