How to use the tool

  1. Read your form’s required width, height, maximum KB, and file format.
  2. Choose Photo or Signature and select a JPG, PNG, or WebP image.
  3. Enter the values from your form. Choose crop or fit full image.
  4. Click Resize & Check. Inspect the preview and final result, then download the JPG.

If the face or signature is cut off, choose “Fit full image on white.” If the result exceeds your KB limit, the tool will not show a passing download. Always follow your application portal’s official instructions.

Frequently asked questions

Will the result be exactly 50 KB?

The tool aims to stay at or below your maximum size. A form that says “maximum 50 KB” does not require a file of exactly 50 KB.

Is my original photo uploaded to a server?

No. Image processing runs in your browser, and the finished JPG downloads to your device.

Why does my photo look blurry or cropped?

A very low KB limit can reduce detail. Crop mode can trim edges to fill the target shape. Inspect the preview and change the fit mode if needed.

Can my signature have a white background?

Yes. The Signature tab defaults to fitting the full image on white. Transparent areas are placed on a white background.

Will every application portal accept the file?

The tool checks pixel dimensions and file size. A portal may also check face position, background, format, and other requirements.
